The Mission

The mission of EJHFutures, LLC (Empower to Join together, to Heal the Futures) is based on the principle that power and purpose are not given, both are innately in all of us. Hence the idea of empowerment should be an opportunity to share power, critique the established power systems, or even move to transform power structures altogether; when power can only be given by another, this is an illustration of inequity.

To this end EJHFutues, LLC is committed to equity and working towards assisting in the healing process around racial trauma/harm and the various ways it shows up in our interconnected personal and professional communities within local and regional organizations, agencies and institutions.
