This service provides opportunities of critical reflection centering the main identity of being a parent, guardian, and/or care giver to others within our racialized social reality. EJHFutures, LLC is founded by a Black father in Vermont who continues to navigate this identity. These services provide space for validating [this] voice, compassionate accountability, and acknowledging the complexity of holding this identity while critically examining oneself and nurturing the future, which is our children.
Educational and Expansive Offerings
EJHFutures, LLC provides both the space and opportunity for the professional and personal identities we all hold to coexist in harmony and discomfort. This reality is necessary for expansion and healing to occur. This is done to promote community and collaborative processing; within this reflexive growth, a brave; compassionate and accountable space is created together.

Professional Reflective GuidanceThis service is the embodiment and combination of challenging the self through community collaboration. EJHFutures, believes that through collaborative and mutually accountable effort, organic reflexive opportunities can occur. These opportunities are when individuals and/or small groups start to revisit their core values and minimize the dissonance that can exist between their personal and professional selves in an effort to critically reexamine existing beliefs and practices that may be harmful or create barriers within institutions, organization, and agencies.
