Through this acknowledgement EJHFutures specific offerings strives to embody some of the original core tenets of restorative practices, hence creating an organic space for healing, navigating differences and amplifying voices of those who are silenced.

  • Empowerment and Healing Cipher
    This service offered is either self-created by a Professional of Color or a created space by a professional entity which center and uplift the voices, lived experiences, and ideas of QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, Professionals of Color) and other historically marginalized identified professionals in order to shift and transform the work and identity being done by an institution, organization, or agency. The cipher is Not a committee, the ideas that come from the cipher are requested and not expected from the professional entity, and the cipher is a space for the renewal and healing of the QTBIPOC and other historically marginalized identified professionals. EJHFutures, can assist in the multiple phases of creating and maintaining such a nuanced, organic, and transformative space and source of energy.
  • Affiliates of the Future
    This service is an embodiment of transformative work. EJHFutures, believes in centering youth/young adults voice, experience, and even further creating an equitable platform to learn from and create with youth/young adult identified individuals and groups. As such, these ‘Affiliates of the Future’ are essential co-facilitators, co-creators, and collaborators in youth-centered work requested of EJHFutures as well in their own endeavors. Thus, EJHFutures is committed to assisting in youth/young adult centering and amplifying initiatives.
